Nestled in the vibrant and diverse King neighborhood of Portland, St. Beatrix is a woman-owned and queer-operated bakery that has captivated the community's taste buds 2019 to January 2024. Under the skillful stewardship of Jess Smith, a former employee of Bushel & Peck Bake Shop, St. Beatrix challenged traditional notions of your average bakery.
